Telecare
Telecare is a complementary service to personal care and support on site. Telecare offers the opportunity to use services independent of location and, in some cases, independent of time. Our services are primarily aimed at carers and family members who we want to support in caring for people with dementia living at home.
We offer our telecare services via the TeleCareHub portal.
People who want to use or test these services can register in our web app and access the activated services.
