Telecare

Telecare is a complementary service to personal care and support provided on site. TeleCare is primarily aimed at older adults who want to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible, as well as at family members and professional carers.

TeleCareHub is a network for digital support in care that brings the actors together, but also provides offers and solutions for independent use.

The technology on which TeleCareHub is based on, is a platform that can be accessed via the internet. People with care needs, their family members and professional carers can access this platform and individually select support services from a variety of modules. Since every person and every group of people is different, our aim is not to offer a “standard solution”, but to provide suitable, individual support.

The offers and solutions on the platform are diverse. They serve to transfer knowledge about disease patterns or the right behaviour in stressful situations. Measured vital parameters, such as blood pressure, pulse, sugar levels, etc., can be automatically forwarded to a nursing station or doctor’s office. Even a video consultation with a doctor/physician is possible. An automatic fall detection and an automatic detection of changes in the clinical picture with notification to persons of trust ensure safety. Reminders help to cope with everyday life. But also, very simple offers for networking with other people affected will be possible.

TeleCareHub thus offers relief for all those involved and strengthens the relationship between carers and those being cared for.
